Mrs. Martin provides a warm welcoming at atmosphere. Very courteous, professional and well maintained office and staff. They take the time to explain the process and throughly goes through every aspect of your filing taxes to ensure that you are comfortable with her services. Definitely found the right tax preparer for me.

I have been going to Miller Tax Services for years and they have yet to disappoint me. They have excellent customer service. Office space is nice and clean. Any questions I have, they answer in a timely manner. I love the staff. I would recommend anyone to visit Miller Tax Services for your tax needs.
My spouse and I had come in a little over a week ago, we figured out what needed to be done and we scheduled a phone call where they were going to call him, and we were going to call the IRS. That call never came. I called and asked about it, we rescheduled it again. They didn’t call again. So this is twice now that we had scheduled phone calls and just no one calls to help us thru this process. Extremely unprofessional
