Horrible experience. Do not use. Unless you’re a big business, they don’t care about their customers. They made an error on my return. They agreed to pay interest and penalties only up to the point that the error was discovered. Took over a year after that for a response from the IRS. I’m on the hook for the rest. Never again. Horrible customer service. Worse than dealing with the IRS.
