Worse than ever.
Very disappointed with the service. This lawyer (Edward)seems completely money-minded and not genuinely concerned about clients’ situations. Documentation work is extremely slow, and there is always some excuse for delays. Phone calls and emails are rarely answered. Most of the time, the response is “I am on holiday, contact you later,” which is very unprofessional when dealing with serious migration matters.
