It's 2026, and both my 2024 and 2025 tax returns are still on Sheila's desk. I reached out a dozen time over the course of year and never got an email or call back. After never hearing anything, I stopped by unannounced to see what's the status and I was told that I'm in "queue". Not sure what queue is nearly 2 years long but I wouldn't hold your breathe on communication let alone actually having your returns filed.
I would not recommend this office. After submitting the requested documents and communicating with Sheila Miller, I received no updates. Despite multiple follow-up attempts by phone and email, I received no response. After about a month of the office having our documents, her receptionist called only to say the records were ready for pickup, with no explanation or status update. This lack of communication was very unprofessional.
I have my taxes prepared with Mr Allison. He is very knowledgeable and personal...I highly recommend this team!!
