I would not recommend this office. After submitting the requested documents and communicating with Sheila Miller, I received no updates. Despite multiple follow-up attempts by phone and email, I received no response. After about a month of the office having our documents, her receptionist called only to say the records were ready for pickup, with no explanation or status update. This lack of communication was very unprofessional.
I have my taxes prepared with Mr Allison. He is very knowledgeable and personal...I highly recommend this team!!
