Continuously denying payment to my therapist claiming I need to find a new therapist.
I've submitted a request by email, and on their website for a reply or call back, and it's been a week and some change of no reply by email. No reply now by website for 4 business days now. This company is absolutely horrible. Their website won't update my phone number, even though I've done it 2x since the beginning of February.

If I could give this company ZERO STARS I would!! Trying to transfer my funds to a different company and all I needed was the *** number. Called the first time only to be on hold for over an hour and not given the option to put in a request for a call back like the automation said in the beginning. Bad faith and fraud. They will continue to block your card stating they need more justification. I'm trying to use up the $127.00 on my medical card but am now frozen. I guess I will just have to eat it. Do not do business with this company. I would seek legal action but not worth the amount in dispute.
I would Not recommend this company its not worth the hassle. Your claim will be denied even when you send in the proper documentation from my experience Ive sent in a receipt to be reimbursed I was told my claim would process within 3-5 business days on the 5th day my claim was denied stating The document submitted for this claim doesn't give the date(s) of service for the expense. They will lock your card even with documentation and if it aint part of their script they dont understand nor can explain the whats or whys behind the issues. Just repeat and repeat. They arent bbb accredited now that its this company so try complaining to the ***
Inspria handles my FHA for the company I work for. I have had nothing but problems with them. I first tried to access my funds in November. I couldn't log on to their website because I didn't have a card. They were supposed to send me one in March and never did. I called to get a card, asked for it to expedited because I want my money and they denied that. I am on an extended hold again after mailing a deposit check and original documents - Inspira took over NuView and the customer service is non-existent I write email after email and use the client portal to follow up on phone calls - No response as to why my funds transfer and deposited check are not being acknowledged and completed I owe a painting contractor funds and I can not give him an answer as to when I can pay from my Inspira account
