Two stars was tripping I had not been with tax service since 2018. I didn't like that other than that the gentleman I spoke with very helpful from the Richmond branch.
I did my taxes on April 4 electronically so I was supposed to get it on the April 19 but irs sent me a letter saying they need documents so I did then I called she said discard the letter idk why they sent me letter she said they sent my money April 19 but I never received it where is my money at plus I called the bank no upcoming deposit .we in may 24 2023
I can't really say much because we haven't finalized nor completed everything. Thank you.
