I never got my tax return and I paid for it, no professionalism at all; I call they don’t pick up the phone and the Oakland office is always closed; it’s not fair what you guys are doing, how can you just take my money and not deliver?
After Jackson and Hewitt got me in trouble with the IRS I found MillenniumI've been dealing with her before the fire I never had any problems with Millennium. I have seen her deal with some unsavory characters in the pass he was mad because he didn't get a check a little spat but nothing too much she good peoples
These guys. Charged me,robbed me and on top of this...after i had to talk to IRS.....They appear outta knowhere.....and they play the hot potato...i cant say nothing nice about these guys.....avoid these guy at all cost
