The Clio facility is terrible with returning calls, took forever to get my child scheduled in with them. Their office notified me the DAY OF her appointment to tell me that they don’t even have the script! It’s been almost a month now since the pediatrician sent everything over to their Flushing facility (who assured us that they forwarded it along to the Clio facility - since Clio is only open certain days of the week). Will not use this place for physical therapy.
They are a very small office. I’ve been going for two weeks and it seems that they only have one physical therapist, the doctor, and the receptionist who is doubling as a physical therapist assistant. They are not very talkative, But overall are friendly. They are very knowledgeable about the pain and exercises for stretching and strengthening to reduce pain.
