The homecare staff here are truly wonderful—kind, attentive, and supportive. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined significantly. While a recent survey may suggest otherwise, many residents feel the meals are no longer what they used to be. Snacks have also gone down in both quality and quantity, and small changes—like having to get our own cups at mealtime—make the experience feel less thoughtful. I hope these concerns are taken seriously, as the potential for excellent care is definitely here.
My grandma is the biggest part of my life ...we lived her in 2 days ago it is very early to give a rating but honestly I haven't felt this much support right off the bat ...moving in was a bit hard to be honest the rooms are small but if u can get past that and look ahead it's amazing ..the bathrooms are gib with a huge walk in shower with a buit in seat ...my grandma has one with a balcony Wich is very nice touch lots of light that from the window and the balcony window ...it has a built in shelving unit like a table desk g... read more
If you have all your faculties and no other place to live, then Millennium Pavilion Seniors Lodge will keep the chill out and keep your belly full. They have some wonderful staff. Unfortunately, I found that the management is power hungry and don't really care about it's residents well being - they care how they are perceived. If you ever complain, you will regret it.
