I am attempting to settle a debt that I had no idea I still had. The lady on the phone no idea what her name was because she wouldn't tell me. Was extremely rude. Snippy. Absurdly argumentative. I love the fake good reviews they post. Company is trying to charge me $70 for a debt I do not owe. I have made every reasonable attempt to try to show them I don’t owe this debt. I even mailed written proof. I offered to have them call the company with me on the phone that way I’m not the middle man. They refused.
