I am attempting to settle a debt that I had no idea I still had. The lady on the phone no idea what her name was because she wouldn't tell me. Was extremely rude. Snippy. Absurdly argumentative. Told me I need to pay not only the debt. But then go back in. Pay for another membership. Then wait x amount of months. Then pay the cancellation fee. How absurd is this debt collection agency? I love the fake good reviews they post. Company is trying to charge me $70 for a debt I do not owe. I have made every reasonable attempt to try to show them I don’t owe this debt. I even mailed written proof. I offered to have them call the company with me on the phone that way I’m not the middle man. They refused.
