I would add a zero review if it was possible. This company refused to sign a release from Statefarm Insurance for payment of a claim that later appeared on my credit report. This unreasonable and fraudulent behavior caused my credit score to drop by 83 pionts. I disputed this ridiculous claim with Experian and Transunion and the report was deleted from my credit report NOT before costing me points on a refi of my home. Had this fraudulent company signed the Statefarm Insurance release form in 2024 this could have been avoide... read more
