Over the top service by Dean! He helped me find the right roof rack that fits perfectly on my car. He was so kind to help me install it on my car even though he had been injured and was in a great deal of pain. That’s commitment to his customers. Literally going above and beyond! Amazing bike shop! I had an issue with my ebike motor and even though the bike was a different brand, Ernie, Dean and Mac took care of me with the diagnostics, submitting my warranty claim, replacing the motor and keeping me up to date on back order delay which of course was out of their control. I know where I'll be going for my next bike! Thanks guys!

Millennium Cycle & Sport for the win! I was unable to find the bike I wanted where I live in the Annapolis Valley, NS and then found it at this shop. After numerous calls to the shop and helpful conversations with both Kim and Renee I was confidant it was worth the 9hr return trip for this bike. I was not wrong.
