Stopped in the lobby today to deposit a cashiers check to my newly opened account. The security person more or less yelled at me to remove my face mask (who quite loudly stated "COVID is over"). I unfortunately didn't know about this no-mask policy for thir lobby when opening my account or I would have reconsidered. I hope that anyone else who has to mask for their own or others' sake finds out beforehand unlike me.
