Millenium Bank is dishonest to our community! Bank employee Kelly Adreani falsely represented herself as a Nova Express Car Wash employee in August 2025 and accepted a damage claim from us on their behalf. Ms Adreani later claimed to only be at the car wash that day to foreclose on them. Why didn't she share this information with us at the time? Horrible service, attempted to contact Virva one of the account managers three times and never received a response, if I could give them less of a review I would, do yourself a favor and find a bank that will actually help you when you need them, because this branch isn’t it!
This bank shut off my debit card and changed my account number with no notice of when it would happen. They did this on Monday August 18th. I found out on Thursday 21st when my card was declined. Went to the local branch on Friday 22nd and was told I should have gotten a letter. On the 22nd I got A letter with dates of the 19th and 21st. They posted the letter a day After they canceled my debit card and changed my account number. I am beyond furious.
