I’m leaving a 5 star review to offset Sam Morris’s 1 star review. It’s not your mortgagees responsibility to fix your AC. This would fall under a home warranty. The application is $400 because I’m assuming they got a HELOC or Home Equity Loan which requires an inspection, assessment and other title work which costs $400 altogether. The application isn’t $400. It’s these required services that are. The process is 3 weeks because a home equity loan is the same as closing on a house in terms of time to process. We own our house an our air went out the 20th of June 100+ degrees an liz said we can't do anything long process 400 down jus for a application an it will take 3 weeks wow I have been there over 10 yrs that's how they treat us unbelievable i will not stay there ungrateful
