I stopped by the other day to get receipts of the school and property taxes I paid last year. The person there was very nice about it. It was my first year after my condo was paid off and I usually have everything in escrow and would get a statement from the bank. However, since the taxes were paid after I paid off the condo, I preferred to have a receipt. They were very nice about it.

I called for information and received a prompt courteous response. The office answered my call and helped me immediately. I did have to call back for additional information and had the same good experience.
