Yesterday I wrote a review about customer service, regarding my over draft. I was wrong and what I said. My wife called today to address the problem, The Auburn representative advised us that the problem had already been solved. That’s what customer service is about. I am very thankful for what they did.
I am writing this review due to terrible customer service I have experienced with this bank. On Saturday the 20th we had a problem with our over draft. So my wife called the Auburn branch and told them the problem. She had no answer, so she said let me connect you to a manger. Spoke with him who could not give us any answers, but said he would talk to another manager on Monday when he comes in. He said he would call us on Monday to explain what happened.
