We absolutely love our dining room chairs from Milbank furniture. The customer service representative( Helen) was very helpful and friendly. We were very impressed with the quality, and felt the price was very reasonable.

Absolutely beautiful craftsmanship and pride of quality and service. We know our new bedroom suite will be the last we will need to purchase! (Cottage Deluxe in Wormy maple, and coffee stain) Staff was patient and helpful and offered excellent advice. Wait time was as expected for locally handmade furniture. Delivery was also excellent with helpful gentlemen willing to ensure everything was as expected. We will be looking here in the future for dining room furniture next!
Absolutely love my bedroom furniture that I ordered from Millbank! Helen was really helpful when I was in the showroom and trying to decide. The final product is beautiful and really great quality. They even made me a custom hall tree which is perfect for the space. Delivery and assembly was so quick and well organized, everything was packaged so securely. Definitely a place to visit if you’re looking for quality furniture. Even try the bakery next door, it’s a great location!
we purchased furniture here a number of times.the quality is 2nd to none.so is the service.the staff is friendly and they do have product knowledge.if you go eleswhere for custom furniture,you went wrong.
