We recently purchased a custom dining room set and we were extremely happy with the entire experience from initially searching for a set on line to visiting the store and working with Rebecca. She was an angel to work with. She listened to what we wanted and gave us a quote right away. When our set was delivered the delivery men were very professional and courteous. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The final product was delivered to our home in perfect condition and we are very satisfied with the quality and workmanship of the 4 chairs we ordered for our library.
We had a super experience with Millbank as we purchased a new sofa and table for our Great Room. Nancy was extremely helpful and aided us in selecting fabrics, colours, and finishes.
Salespeople are friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy and easy to work with. Showroom is beautiful with great selection on display. Purchased a dining table which was finished and delivered ahead of time frame given. Quality workmanship, excellent delivery service. Would recommend and buy from Millbank again.
