Went back to Millard’s to purchase new carpeting for LR, DR and bedroom carpeting in mid-July ‘26. Ordered and paid. Install was scheduled for 8/6/26. Installer called late afternoon of 8/5 and told us the carpet was still out of state- hadn’t been delivered to store. This was after we had moved all the (heavy) furniture in preparation for the install. No one from store was apparently aware of the shipping delay and I never heard from them. Exceptionaly pleased!! Second time purchasing, first time was furniture and washer, dryer. This time was a Cub Cadet riding lawn mower! Terri was terrific both times, definitely very knowledgeable on everything they sell! Told her the information of what I was looking for, she took me right to the rider I wanted, and explained all the details. Excellent service, great prices, and over the top friendliest employees. Millards in Stanton, MI is definitely the store to go to!!

We recently bought a new home,we needed all new appliances and we purchased a new riding lawn mower. It was such a positive experience right from the start! Teri was our salesperson and she made it a breeze to pick all of our appliances. She is fantastic! Terry and Maverick delivered our appliances and hooked them all up. We needed to get a new speed queen washer and Terri was wonderful! Huge selection of several brands, we knew what we wanted. We also found a device that adds oxygen to our water for the washer and Terri explained how it worked when my husband asked, ended up buying one! Good prices and huge selection! Go see Terri, she will help you out!
