We had an urgent situation. My brother had surgery and we needed a chair that he could sleep on. I called and told Josh my request and asked if there was anyway I could get it delivered that night. We only live about 5 miles away. He said yes. Joe helped us pick out one. We paid and when the young guys got back to the store and delivered it. Terry and his partner were nice and got the chair in and set up. We wanted to thank all of them for their help. It was very appreciated. Thanks guys!
I have purchased multiple appliances at Millard's and it will always be my first place to shop. Customer service is top notch. Everyone I've dealt with has made my experience a top priority. The delivery team, Nate and Terry, go the extra mile to make sure you're happy with the install. The saleswoman Terri has facilitated all of my purchases and she is an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Millard's for your next purchase.
We had a great experience shopping at Millard’s! We had never been in before and the staff was super great and they had tons to choose from in store. Terri helped us pick out and order a custom sectional that we wanted and got us a good deal. She was wonderful. The delivery guys were awesome and super friendly too. They took care to get my giant couch where it needed to go. Overall a great experience and we will for sure be back when we are ready to update some other furniture!
