I needed an upright freezer. First glitch came when the delivery date passed and no call. No freezer. Had to make a second call. The delivery men didn’t put anything down to protect my new floor. Two gouges were left where they walked it in. Again, I had to make several calls to get someone to come out. They attempted to repair the gouges but the hole was still visible.. My original floor company came back and had to replace the whole square in my new floor. I had to pay the bill for this second repair.

I had a great shopping experience at Millards! I'm out of state and had been looking for recliner online for over a month with little luck and the risk of poor service and the wrong fit. When l reached Terri it was like answered prayer! She was amazing! So friendly and knowledgeable! There was no pressure to buy, a large selection, all the features and sizes l'd been looking for!!
