although the center is a model of efficiency... and I suspect the staff are competent I was disappointed when I was charged $37 to get the prescription of my exam ..and surprised to learn than for only $44 extra the staff could take a 3 d pic of the eye rather than having my eyes dilated.per a usual exam. bottom line beware of up charges
They tell you how much the exam is going to cost but they don't mention the refraction charge and some other exam charges aren't included in that price. All said and done, the $158 exam was $254 by the time I left! Even with their "courtesy discounts." Then I come to find out that my contact orders were going to be over $250! The medical staff seemed nice and thorough, but the receptionist was snotty and clearly had no business being in a position to deal with customers.
