****SCAM ARTIST**** BEWARE!! Milla lied on The proof of service for the court documents intrusted in her to serve. She stated that she "personally served" my significant other and I at our residence around 9am in Watsonville CA, the problem was that my husband and I were both in Santa Cruz at our child's elementary school at the time she claimed to have handed us court documents. Do not use this company!! Beware!! Court documents were not properly served and then Milla lied about how she served the defendants resulting in fraudulent legal documents being filed with the courts!
My husband and I were so impressed by Monica. She was so knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. We needed to make changes to our trust and she was able to see me the next day and get it done that same day! Notarized and everything! I have found my go-to paralegal and will highly recommend her to my friends.
Do NOT trust this company at ALL. They take your money upfront and when they can’t deliver the service, they basically shrug their shoulders and say “too bad.” No accountability, no resolution, no respect & no refund of your hard-earned money. Stay far away from these bad actors. You’ll thank me for it.
We recently used Milla Legal services to draft a Sole Living Trust and a Joint Living Trust. Monica was excellent, she answered all our questions and explained the process thoroughly. And, was very reasonably priced. We couldn't be happier with the service. I highly recommend!
