I had the pleasure to meet with Manuel and SuAnn. These two are engaging, professional, yet personable. I appreciated their deportment and amicable disposition. The caliber of their character and civility is almost unheard in this industry. I am grateful for their conversation and the audience they provided me. Went here in March of 2025 needing a bus ticket or emergency supports to put gas in my car. Needless to say they were very unhelpful and I had stay two weeks longer then anticipated. Will not be going back for council.

Staff ultimately rude no help management was unnecessary rude after asking for fher supervisor as she started to yell at me for saying I’m following directions of the person I talked to just to sign a paper to saying I wasn’t in a relationship

I got kicked out of the only place where someone actually understood my situation and kindly let me stay, trusting that I would pay later once I got support - all because of them and they didn't even care or offered any kind of help not even at least helping finding a shelter.

Alberta Supports as an organization is callous and indifferent - useless. Don't bother trying to get income support from them. If you can't work, better to try EI or disability programs. If you can work, just talk with a staffing agency. They are not there for Albertans. Well, at least not white males. I can't speak for other demographics. These people will try anything to deny you access to income support. Rotten.
