Very nice shop, exceptionally nice staff
I always have a great experience at Mill Town Cycle. The friendly knowable staff are always great. The mechanics do a excellent job at tuning up my bikes, ride and shift perfect after every visit. Would highly recommend.
Recently picked up some parts I ordered through Joe. Great experience, wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again.
The store offers a great collection. The service provided by Scott to help my wife get a new bike was commendable. Accessories sold are of good quality and the store can fit them for you. They provide tune up option too.
Bought my first bike from Mill Town Cycle in 2023, a Giant Talon 1, a wonderful experience. The second Talon 1 because the first was stolen in 2025. Unfortunately this purchase did not go according to plan. The manufacturer changed a fundamental spec in the bicycle, the fork, and I wasn't happy. Long story short, Scott and Joe went way and above, making several calls to suppliers to ultimately find a solution. I've dealt with many bicycle shops across the GTA over the years.
