Mill Town Cycle in Milton is hands-down the best bike shop I’ve ever dealt with. I recently ordered a Tacx Neo Smart Trainer through them, and while the delay at the manufacturing level was beyond their control, they went above and beyond to help me. Very friendly, knowledgeable and capable staff, store has a large variety of products and I've always been able to find what I need. I drive 30 minutes from Burlington because I find the customer service experience at this shop far better then any of my local stores.
