Utterly the worst routes ever! These bus routes are terrible.. Get rid of whoever made this disaster decision . Nothing makes sense. My neighbor who is handicapped now walks 5 blocks for the bus, has to ride for an hour to transfer. A smooth operation doesn't exist like before. terrible system, Utterly the worst. I'm guessing A Democrat made these decisions.. just couldn't leave well enough alone, anything a Democrat changes turns to crap. What were you thinking?? Zero stars !
Every driver is so nice to every time I ride and is very helpful even when I'm having a hard day
Some of the Bus Driver's are great,there is a few that are rude and they take their frustration out on they're driving. Times got motion sickness. Can do a better job of waiting a minute or two for people at the stops at the Grocery Store's. Also need better setting arrangements for the old/youth and children
