Great manager and beautiful peaceful Town.. storesabd restaurants within walking
This place has done wonders for my friend who is a resident there. He is a veteran who was a severe alcoholic and they created an AA group and he has over a year of sobriety. I have visited the facility and the staff and administration are all wonderful. clean facility. Food is plentiful and tasty. I recently was offered a position and I accepted! This place is dirty, The food is horrible and the staff is incompetent, espescially Rita who should have no business taking care of anyone. This facility should not be in operation and as far as I'm concerned the state needs to investigate this place immediately. I have already filed complaints myself. If you care about your loved ones DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!!!
All the changes this spring have been great! Rita is very nice and always available!
Thank you for taking such good care of my uncle. We love it at Mill Pond and the town of Ashland is beautiful!
