My loved one was there and it was absolutely filthy. Dust built up so bad and I was forced to clean the room myself. Laundry was never picked up and I was sent with clothes that had been messed in and were not even washed out. We never got an I am sorry or anything. The administrator just looked at us blankly when we went to her. She offered nothing but an excuse to why it was a mess. The food was terrible. Portions were small and they were consistently out of oatmeal, which is what my aunt ate every morning.
