Just completed an online purchase from this store. Shipping was fast - and though I had a slight issue with my order, the customer service was wonderful - communication was excellent and the issue was promptly resolved. Would recommend
Very disappointed with the entire visit. Spotted a rear derailleur on a small kids bike. Shimano TZ200. Cheap but effective. Asked the person who I learnt was in control of the place. Spent $42. for two antique tools. With the agreement that I could come back the next day and remove the derailleur. For purchase. After an hour in the sun. Battling rusted on nuts. I was pissed to find the inner print. The derailleur was labelled RD tz200, made in China. ( Worthless). After showing the boss lady an online picture of the item. S... read more
