Mindfulness is like contemplation/meditation and is essential for each of us to balance our world toward peace and justice for all.
I just canoed 2 miles of the Mill Creek from Evendale to Reading, and earned a Mill Creek Watershed Council/Yacht Club t-shirt! I think I have some bragging rights over my 3 older brothers for doing this before them. ;)
This group is working to restore water quality and wild life habitat to the creek which runs through the heart of my city, Cincinnati, and the heart of my county, Hamilton, what can be better for our community.
