Mike and Brandon were great to work with on our outdoor gas fireplace install. They were courteous, prompt and friendly…and did a great job!
I called today to confirm if they were open after the inclement weather. The roads are clear and fine, but the temperatures are low. The person who answered the phone said they were closing soon but couldn’t provide an exact time. When I asked why they couldn’t give a specific time or why they were closing, they mentioned that no trucks were running. However, there are still customers who need to come in and place orders, as online or phone orders are not available. In my opinion, this is poor customer service.
