In my experience probate is basically a process of the client gathering information and the attorney completing standardized forms and filing them with the court which seems straightforward and could be done by anyone with attention to detail. However I found errors (such as missing beneficiary and incorrect names and amounts) in every set of documents Pat McKenzie sent me. To make matters worse he was condescending to the point of insult. I cannot in good conscience recommend him for probate services.

If possible, I would not give any stars. This review is about Ms. Dannielle Pratt and what should have been a simple divorce case between two elderly people. One was 89 and the other was 86. Between the two of them they did not have much to split in the way of assets.
