Love the group classes at Milkwood Studio! Mellie is such a thoughtful instructor – even in a group, she really pays attention to what each person needs. I’ve been easing back into movement, and she’s been super supportive in helping me build core strength and take things at my own pace. The studio has a calm, welcoming vibe that makes you actually want to show up. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a gentle, encouraging way to move .

Both Janie and meli were so lovely and made me feel really comfortable in the beautiful milkwood studio. I was unsure about what I needed exactly and they made me so relaxed and open to their treatment which really helped me. I would recommend their services to anyone they were so good!
I’ve had such a great experience with Milkwood Studios. I went with a sore/injured neck and shoulder. Mellie assessed me, treated me and told me exactly what to do. She laid out the path for my recovery clearly and with obvious skill, knowledge and experience. I progressed to a point where attending the Pilates classes further supported my recovery. The classes were small and because they were instructed by my physio I was given the exact exercises for my progression. The best. Highly recommend.
