Long review but worth it I reached out to Dr. Tadros after seeing one of her reels on instagram about tongue ties at 2 months postpartum and after basically completely giving up on breastfeeding and I was exclusively pumping for the entire 2 months. Prior to that, I had started working with a lactation specialist, literally 8 days postpartum. I had a lot of pain with my son’s latch and I desperately needed help. The lactation specialist evaluated his tongue on first session and decided that he has a posterior tongue tie and... read more

Please do not be misled by the high volume of 5-star reviews. Our experience is proof that when a practitioner lacks true expertise and applies techniques blindly without sensitivity, the consequences can be devastating. We are the "individual case" where a routine session ended in a long-term catastrophe for our child and our family. During a session meant to support breastfeeding, the therapist performed exercises that our son clearly found distressing. She seemed to assume she could apply the same rigid techniques to ever... read more

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Alex at Milk Matters. We started seeing her when our son Leo was 9 months old because he was struggling with feeding. After having his tongue tie, lip tie, and side ties released, Alex has continued working with us to support his progress. Now at 10 months old, Leo is already doing so much better, and we’re so grateful for Alex’s knowledge, patience, and support. Our journey is still ongoing, but we highly recommend Alex and the team at Milk Matters to any family looking for feeding or O... read more

Great attention to detail. Dr GiGi is patient, calm and walked us thru exactly what we needed to do to get out little one on the right track. Navigating early childhood is difficult, especially as first time parents, but her office is inviting and her bed side manner is amazing. Thank you Dr GiGi and the MilkMatters team!

Just talking to another mom there made me feel alive again and gave me a chance to be social, even though that looks very different for me right now. Connecting with other parents going through the same struggles is incredibly meaningful because they truly get it. Before finding you, we were constantly scrolling and Googling trying to figure out what was going on with our babies. Finding you brought clarity, support, and a sense that we’re not alone.
