Giselle and Alex are amazing. We went to Milk Matters desperate to make breastfeeding work. At 10 days old our baby was not latching well, constantly crying, causing nipple trauma and loosing weight. With their help our baby recovered incredibly well from his tongue tie release. We saw them twice weekly to work on engaging his tongue and releasing body tension. Now we are fully breastfeeding and it has become a comfort tool for the both of us. Far from the painful, stressful journey we started out at. It was great to have bo... read more

I took my 11-week-old baby to this physical therapy practice, trusting they would provide safe and professional care. Instead, they used a powerful vibration device on her spine and near her head without properly explaining the risks. When I tested the device on myself, it made me dizzy—imagine what that could do to an infant! Since the session, my baby has been unusually fussy and unsettled. This was an unacceptable and in my opinion reckless treatment choice for such a young baby. I would not recommend this practice to any... read more

5/5 I've never heard from "baby bodywork" until I expressed to my doula that my baby (preemie!) was having a difficult time latching. I did go forward with a tongue tie release before reaching out to Milk Matters. I wish I had reached out to Milk Matters first, but in any case, it worked after just one visit with Emily. She was so kind to listen to my 3 week postpartum self ramble about the difficulties. She walked through a couple of simple-to-do-on-my-own exercises for my baby. We implemented this before every feed, even i... read more

I can not say enough great things about Milk Matters!! Our therapist Alex was so helpful throughout our journey with our daughter! The minute I spoke with Amir I felt so comfortable! He listened to me and understood my needs and concerns I had with her. Our daughter was lip, tongue in cheek tied! We worked with Alex before going through with doing releases and then followed up for months after the procedure! I can’t tell you how helpful doing the therapy before the procedure and after. It has helped her and us doing the post... read more

I want to plug Giselle Tadros Dpt and her amazing clinicMilk Matters Physical Therapy. My baby is three weeks old and became very uncomfortable and unhappy a few days ago and just cried no matter what we did. We brought him to and she worked on his tongue tie (which impacts his ability to latch effectively) and gave him a massage to help him relax. We left and he was a changed baby. Not only that, but I also see a change in his latch after only one session (much less painful for me to nurse as well). She is thoughtful, commi... read more
