Yesterday, I went for my Purple Rice Signature Yogurt as usual. One of the customers got confused and tried my drink. He realized and returned it. Then I saw one of the staff clean the top of the glass and put a new cover on it, and called me for my drink even though It was tried for another customer and she knew it. Very disappointing experience.

Apparently changed management. Insufficient Staff training. Pass customer drinks without straws (they put all straws behind the counter) incorrect orders taken. Put up prices for new varieties. So disappoint. The old management was so much better compare to the current one!
This is the third time I buy a fruit tea at this shop and it is always tasteless.
Overprice and low quality. Totally waste of money tasteless
