I went for simple blonde highlights the day before my week vacation (I showed a photo of what I wanted) and specifically asked not to be orange, and she confirmed the price for the cut and partial highlights and not only was my hair orange and a mix of chunky and thin highlights but I was charged $50 extra. I went in for a pedicure ($75) and a half leg wax ($50), I was treating myself at one of what I thought was a higher end salon in Spruce, first the pedicure was not great, she barely touched my callus’ and what she did do was only my heel, then the waxing was mediocre at best she wasn’t thorough and left a lot of hair in a couple spots, I had wax all over my feet, ankles and spots on my legs, she was a really nice girl but not very experienced.
