It’s been a week since I ordered a small item from their website and they have only just “created a shipping label”. That was on Thursday and it’s now Saturday with no further updates. And this was after calling their support line and being told my order would get “priority” NOT GOOD ENOUGH. PULL YOUR FINGER OUT!!
