Called all day, no one picks up the phone and all voicemails are full
Waited 4 months on an order for a special occasion only to find out they didn't have the artwork they advertised on their website. Poor communication and have yet to see a refund for the order. UPDATE: I have called, emailed and even texted the person authorized to make the refund happen, but have yet to hear from her. This order was roughly $100 and I've yet to see a refund. Horrible company. The lack of communication is one thing, but they blame staffing issues for the 3-6 month delays. Stay away from this place.
