Went to Milo’s about 2 1/2 weeks ago. Three items were missing from my order, which we didn’t not realize until we got home. I contacted the store via their “contact us” page, including sending an email to “info@milios.com”. I have sent 4 follow up emails and have not received any responses. It is disappointing to not receive items that I paid for and was expecting, but even more so to get no response from the business.

Nobody is perfect, and when I have had issues with a sandwich from time to time, it has been address quickly by the corporate staff and the the store. They want you to be happy and I appreciate the local staff and quick response.

Horrible experience at your Mt Horeb WI location. I tried calling that location to speak to a manager but no answer. I tried filling out your store feedback form but it keeps saying 'verification expired' for the captcha and it refuses to send no matter what I do. What the heck is wrong with this company?

This rating is for the Milios in Sauk City, WI. Someone at corporate needs to visit this store. We have visited at least 5 times in the past year. We have been disappointed EVERY time. The sandwiches have nothing inside them! One piece of meat, maybe two if you're really Lucky. It's truly like eating a sub roll with lettuce in it. We love Milios, everywhere else, but in our own home town. 😣
