I have been seeing Carl for over five years and I can’t imagine finding someone more skilled and genuine. Carl has helped me mindfully move through several injuries and he is one of the providers I credit with the incredibly positive outcome I had after a complicated ankle break. Carl supports my inner knowledge/listening to my body and has given me so many helpful suggestions for continuing to care for my body at home. I always leave feeling grounded and relaxed. The best massage experience I've had yet. The first visit to a new massage therapist is often uncertain, but Carl used just the right amount of pressure in exactly the places that I needed it most. I walked out feeling relaxed and healthier. I look forward to trying cranial-sacral massage.
