My Grandparents Deserve Better Instances of resident theft, pitiful meals, ignorant staff. My grandfather almost died because they "forgot" to give him his medicine...I'm sorry, these people are paid to take care of the residents and they fail miserably. As for the theft, let me just say opening up an investigation is just around the corner if it comes to that. Not sure who these people think they're fooling, but they're sadly mistaken.
