They are not friendly or helpful in anyway you better have an hour lunch because that is how long it takes to do a simple deposit. I went back to Bank of America from Milford that is how bad they are good luck to anyone that banks with them

Friend of mine went to Deliver a Pizza to this Branch and was given a letter asking why they had to pay for food delivery even though it was right down the street from the bank. He was given a 1$ tip. What are you guys even doing?!
They are not easy to work with they say one thing then do a totally different thing. The tellers in the Whitinsville one if the took there fingers out of their butts they might be able to do some work to do a simple deposit takes 10 min really what is with that. Worse Bank ever would not and do not recommend. Rose
