my son has been going to milestone since he was 2 for speech we started out in Claremont one an he just wasn't cooperating an cried everytime his therapist at the time was super sweet my son just wasn’t participating an crying alot so she ask me to take a break with him for awhile an to stay with the therapist that was working with him at home an see how that goes it wasn’t good for him to feel the center was a bad place or have fear there so we did just that when he hit kindergarten he still had speech issues that needed wo... read more
I went in a couple of days ago. They called me to move my appointment stating “The speech therapist will be out of the office can you come in another day.” Mind you I have been waiting more than a month to just get an evaluation for my son. I ended up going the day that was available to NOT EVEN MEET ANY SPEECH THERAPIST. I walked in and was almost turned away for being a couple of minutes late. Don't go Here if your a parent of a autism child. Dr referral my son for o.t here was really hard to get a appointment for o.t evaluation afther over 1 month of constantly calling to get appointment I got the appointment to just be discriminated by the o.t therepist that saw my son and told me he was to big for her to work with and she couldn't work with kids he's age which was 8 yrs old. My experience at the chino hills milestones is AWESOME ;) staff are all welcoming and nice. My daughter comes about 3x/week and the therapists (OT/Jessica & PT/Danielle (Dani)) are both super friendly and honest. I did not find any reason to get upset none of the times I came in for therapy even if the day seemed completely wasted. My daughter is a bit complex but both therapists really try to develop a comfortable environment for my daughter and are always trying to see what other methods can be used to help motivate or sti... read more
