I've been renting trailers with Milestone since late last year and I've had no issues at all. I needed to stop in to have my trailer looked at because a loader at a shipper put a small hole in the floor. Alex and Brian took the trailer in and swapped it out for a new and had me on my way. No issues or long wait times or any added stress. If you're looking to lease/rent a trailer or flatbed definitely reach out to these guys and they'll get you taken care of.
