I don't usually make reviews but I had a great experience dropping a trailer here. The process was straightforward, and Jordan was professional, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. He made sure I was taken care off and he even offered me drinks and snacks on my way out.
The general manager here hates drivers. I talked with him once and I could tell he does not appreciate what we do. He’d rather us get the trailer and leave as quickly as possible. He really needs to work on his bedside manner.
