Christina Cox treated my grandmother like a piece of trash. Belittled her and made jokes in front of her thinking either she couldn't hear, or wouldn't get them. How she still has a job here is beyond comprehension. Not going to cite my grandmother's name as she still has friends living in that facility, and I don't want anything to happen to them. Not shocked you couldn't "find any information" about my situation. My complaints always fell on deaf ears!
I'm glad someone finally called out Christina Cox, aka Chrisi Dobija. She treats the residents like dirt when she thinks nobody is watching, or thinks the person is not coherent enough to report back. She's sweet as can be to your face and acts like she really cares about your loved one. On more than one occasion I questioned her about her behavior.
