Great company! Milestone has come through for us several times when we had to find a court reporter last minute. They are very prompt with their responses. They're our first choice when looking for court reporters in the Orlando area!!
This company is astonishingly unprofessional and rude. I called to hire a court reporter for an upcoming City Hall meeting and was told that they don't work with individuals; but only for law firms. When I asked why, and what difference it made if they could transcribe either live, via Zoom of after the fact from a video, they hung up on me!
Milestone Reporting is AMAZING!! They’ve covered me on short notice and saved me on more than one occasion. The entire staff is so nice and pleasant and they really care about their clients.
