Parker has answered every question I've had(which has been a lot since I'm a first time homeowner and have absolutely no idea what I'm doing) day or night. He has made the process smooth, efficient and simplified enough for me to understand. Not to mention he even wished me happy birthday, so that's a nice bonus. If I could give him 10 stars I would.
