Very disheartening, have been with them for 8 years, started off great when I was a BIG client, but now I’m small potatoes and they have no time. When I finally reached out inquiring, 3 calls later with no return call on my 2024 tax returns they were not complete. No phone call from Sandy Thirion when I asked to pick up our stuff, remind you a client for 8 years!!! The restructuring killed the business, It was not a good experience.
