Jen is an amazing PT. She is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, and I felt comfortable and supported from the very first visit. She truly listens, explains everything in a way that makes sense, and provides thoughtful after-visit notes with practical tools and exercises I could actually use. With her care, encouragement, and guidance, I experienced improvements that went far beyond just my pelvic floor. I’m so grateful for her and highly recommend her.
I’d highly recommend Jen for pelvic floor therapy. She was incredibly helpful and support in my prenatal preparation for having my first child. All the work she did with me made very positive impact on my labor and delivery.
If you’re looking for a pelvic PT who is equal parts genius and genuinely delightful human, Jen Miles is your person. She makes even the most awkward topics feel totally normal, explains everything in a way that actually makes sense, and somehow manages to make pelvic floor PT… enjoyable? I’ve worked with several pelvic physical therapists over the years and Jen is by far the best. The issues she treated had been affecting me for over 20 years and after just a few sessions with her, my symptoms were nearly gone. Jen always listened, made me feel comfortable, and created a space where I felt safe, which was incredibly important given the nature of the therapy and my past.
