Disorganized and lacks communication. He asked us for our banking statements several times. If we were giving him the wrong information, it was never communicated to us. There was a point I really thought everything was going to fall through and we would have lost thousands of dollars because he initially ignored our timeline.
I really enjoyed working with Miles. He was very patient and answered all my questions in a timely manner. He exceeded all my expectations in terms of the financing he was able to arrange for me. I would definitely refer my family and friends to him.
