Very helpful service. They opened an hour early just to accommodate our pick up. Would recommend for a Philmont trip!
There seems to be a growing trend of this company canceling reservations last minute. They did the same to our group with no cause, simply stated they no longer had available inventory and canceled everything. As other reviews have suggested they leave you high and dry at the last minute with no additional assistance. Until they get a grip on their reservation system, I would steer very clear of this “business”.
Extremely disappointed with this company. They failed me and my group of 12 youth trying to get to camp by cancelling at the time of pickup. I reserved a van months in advance and called as instructed once I arrived at the airport for a pickup. I was told then that they did not have a van available and they have to cancel my reservation. I asked for alternatives or other local companies they work with and they were of absolutely no help. This establishment is FASLEY advertising their prices. Beware before you waste your time on them.
Great experience with Routes Rental Car thanks to manager Lorenzo Torres. He was very helpful and professional in resolving a billing issue quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service and much appreciated.
