First... It took a lot for me to come write a negative review.... I really wanted to extend some grace. However, after processing the whole scenario I feel like I could save someone else the burden and $$$$. I reserved and paid for an 11 day van rental for my family several months in advance. Now 2 weeks out from our vacation (peak season) I get a call that they need to cancel the reservation. MileMarker Van Rental is a good company to rent from. Initially the gentleman/agent who helped me was professional, gave e a thorough walk around of the van, and answered all questions I had flawlessly. Now to the van, the outside of the van wasn't flawless by any means, but the inside was very clean and all features (Including A/C) worked perfectly.
