Came in two weeks ago to request a quote for a custom desk, but was told the only person who handles quotes was on leave and would be back the following week. I never received the quote and despite following up multiple times, I never received any response or update. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t want the business, but due to my deadlines, I’ve now had to place the order through Desky instead.

Amazing customer support, showed us how to use the chairs and allowed us to explore and sit on as many as we liked and take our time! So happy with my new incredibly comfy chair. Neel was awesome! Staff really friendly
Great service & pricing!
They refused to honor warranty on a defective chair less than 2 weeks after purchase. The chair I bought here has uneven seat, foam on the left side is stiffer or packed higher than on the right side. Everybody who sat it in says its lopsided. Within 2 weeks after purchase I brought it back to the store and they "tightened some screws" (not even related to my complaint) and said there is no problem with it, that is, refused to fix my problem.
